This is an Ash tree (Fraxinus americana) low poly and game ready asset. Custom modeled LODs applied. Billboard applied for the final LOD. Simple wind applied by default but could be turned off in Material Instance. Color variations is there as well but turned off by default in Material instance. Simple box collisions applied for lower trunk. There are also .fbx and .png in this pack. So you choose how you like it to be setted up. Folder with fbx's contains texture maps for all materials.
