Media 1 for listing Medieval Basic Tools Pack - Handpainted Stylized

Description

Some basic starter tools, widely used in many genres.

Regarding their shape, these tools are in a semi-realistic style.

They have low polygon count, and are optimized for game development.

The textures are handpainted, alongside the maps.

The models have the following maps:

  • height and normal

  • roughness

  • metallic

  • occlusion (in the UE ORM packed texture map's Red channel)

The maps are uploaded in 2 formats, so you can use them in any engine:

  • general pbr format

  • Unreal Engine packed format

Some tips:

You will have to play around the roughness map's values, or any of the values depending on the engine, lighting, and the style you use.

For example in Unreal Engine, I multiply the roughness values of the steel parts by 2 or 3, or sometimes 2.5. (See the screenshot)

Also in Unreal Engine don't forget to check the packed ORM map's texture group setting after import, because Unreal Engine sometimes imports them as normal maps. Just change it to 'world' in that case, also sRGB has to be set to 'off' on these ORM maps.

There is also a free version available without the textures, if you only need the models.

Feel free to use them commercially, modify them in any way you want, just please don't resell them as your own.
