VIDEO PREVIEW ANIMATIONS

VIDEO EPIC SKELETON COMPATIBILITY

Modular Stylized Goblin Spearman allows you to customize your character and use different character build options.

🚀 Update 1.02 — New Animations & UE5 Animation Tools Added

This update significantly expands animation support and improves workflow flexibility inside Unreal Engine 5.

✨ What’s new:

  • New locomotion Root Motion animations (VIDEO PREVIEW) — added walking and running root motion animations in multiple directions for smoother and more dynamic character movement. (UE4 and UE5+)

  • Epic Skeleton (UE5) (VIDEO PREVIEW) — the character is now fully compatible with the standard UE5 Epic Skeleton, making integration with existing animation libraries easier than ever. (UE5+, Epic Skeleton (UE4) is still available for the UE4 version. )

  • Control Rig included (VIDEO PREVIEW) — create animations directly inside Unreal Engine without external software. (UE5+)

  • IK Rig setup (VIDEO PREVIEW) — enables fast and easy animation retargeting between characters and projects. (UE5+)

This update makes the asset more production-ready, animation-friendly, and fully aligned with modern UE5 animation workflows.

The character is perfect for the Top-Down Starter Kit [SWVictoria] and Stylized Fort [SWVictoria].

The asset includes:

  1. Goblin Spearman Modular

    • Contains 1 Body Skeletal Mesh and 7 Armor Skeletal Meshes, which can be combined with the body in various ways to create multiple character variations.

  2. Goblin Spearman Combined

    • Includes 3 pre-combined character meshes, where the body and armor are merged into a single Skeletal Mesh.

    • This option is highly optimized and ideal for use on lower-end devices or when rendering a large number of characters simultaneously (e.g., in RTS games).

  3. Spear

    • Comes with 2 Spear Static Mesh.

Additionally, the asset provides both customizable materials and textures for character recoloring as well as standard ready-to-use materials and textures.

⚔️ Compatibility

  • The asset is fully compatible with the Epic Skeleton (UE4) and Epic Skeleton (UE5), allowing you to use any third-party animations with ease.
