Requirements

For this system to work it does require the VAREST plugin which you can download of the epic marketplace for free. Once the plugin is installed please follow the setup guide linked above.

Warning

The preview video shows the system intergraded with advanced session plugin, by default this plugin is not implemented in this version as you cant download that plugin of the marketplace place please read the bottom of the setup guide for more information of the steam subsystem version.

Description

A simple and easy to use login and lobby system that is connected to a MySQL database. Once a player has successfully logged in they are automatically created a lobby which other users can join. The lobby view has a player preview widget at the bottom right which displays all the players usernames, icons and levels which are all pulled from the database. If you are the lobby owner you have the ability to kick players from the session with a simple click of a button. The lobby also spawns player models of everyone with there usernames above there head. A chat and ready up system is integrated into the lobby allowing the other players to talk to one another and set there state to ready which is also displayed in the player preview widget. Once all players have set themselves to ready the lobby owner can start the game.
