Both options are included in the package.
In the Demo, Material and Prefabs folders you can find both the Built-In and the URP version.
Tested with version 2019.4 and later.

6 different prefab colour variations.
The model has UV mesh but body only uses coloured materials.
Blendshape:
The mouth and ears can be modified:
- Mouth: O, U, V, -, (
- Ears: Cat(basic), Chubby, Long, Mini
The model also includes a LightBlendshape, a beam of light that is activated during flight.
Animations:
- Rigging types: Generic
- Bones quality settings: 4 bones
30 kinds:
- idle1-2. Forward, ForwardFast, Right, RightFast
- Left, LeftFast, Back, BackFast, Jump, FloatingBack, FloatingForward

Important note for the 3D view:
FAB 3D Viewer is still buggy, so separate animations are not played correctly. They get stuck on the previous animations.
So for now, just look at "AllAnimations".
