This set of tables and stools is based on the paintings found in different villas in Pompeii and Herculaneum.

It is composed of wooden and metal tables with marble top, with a lion's paw foot. The stools and benches were made of wood and in some cases the seat was made of leather.

The type of metal tables that we find in this set were characterized by having four straight legs with a thin crossbar between them, which would serve as a connection, and could have lion's feet at the ends of each of the four; they also used to incorporate a rectangular marble top.

The stool is based on the Roman frescoes found in Pompeii, in the Villa of Boscoreale.
