Release Notes

1. Improved topology. Cleaned and Removed all unnecessary verts

2. Reduced number of tris. From 142k to 62k

3. Added some geometry(Stitched the back and added shoulder pads) so that character can be used without the cape.

4. Baked all materials in single UV map.

5. PBR texture and Blender roughness texture included.

Personal recreation of a medieval Russian Knyaz apprx 8-11 century. This character body is modeled in Blender and attached to Metahuman skeleton rig and ment to be used with any type of head you have of your own, or simply Metahuman head for animation, cinematic or game. 

Simple guide for use with metahuman in Unreal: 1.Import into your project and select metahuman skeleton when importing. 2. In your metahuman BP replace "torso" with this skeleton mesh. 3. Compile/Save: Character is ready to be used in animation or whatever. You can attach any type of extra items to BP and I also recommend to apply cloth simulation to hanging fabrics.

Blender file includes: main body, cape. Delete or edit however you like, attach to other human rig or change textures as you wish.

I would really love to recieve feedback as I am new to creating assets. I apologies if something is wrong or missing, you can contact me and I will correct or provide with more materials.

*Images with the head, helmet, sword and shield are just examples of how the mesh can be used. These assets have slightly different textures and are not included in the files.

Cape is not included in the fbx file, but is so in blender file.
