This is a 100% local, text-to-speech plugin allowing you to generate or clone any voice you want. It opens an external window in your web browser and can import sounds directly to Unreal. It also can run as a standalone application after initial setup. Excellent tool if you're looking to fill your game with placeholder voices, or just can't afford to hire voice actors.
