Walls, Windows, Roof, Floor:
Different size wall (upper and lower), roof, floor sections, allow you to create building of any size. Modular windows + one boarded window. Roof window. Fully customizable interior and exterior material, customizable non-repeating glass material. Textures are world-aligned, don't be afraid to scale objects. Awning, Vents, Vent Door have customizable color and wear.
Gates:
1 door, 1 gate, 2 gates with doors. Open them with 'E'. Customizable material. Closing sound.
Ceiling support:
Concrete and metal, customizable paint amount and color; differently sized sections
Electric, Fire Fighting:
Static meshes, two materials for Fire Fighting equipment (clean and dirty)
Wires:
Customizable Blueprint allows you to create single, multi wire or tubing of any shape and color. Wire follows spline. You can enable wire mounting.
Lighting:
Customizable Blueprints of 8 different lamps
Air Conditioning:
Roof and Wall outdoor units (2): Blueprints with sound, customizable dirt and fan speed
Ceiling and Wall indoor units (6): Static meshes with swings open or closed; Material Instance with customizable dirt amount
Pipes:
14 static meshes, customizable color and roughness. Scale them to change diameter.
Decals:
19 warning, parking, fire etc. signs
Update 5/2023: Added separate electric parts which allow you to build your custom Electric Box.
