Stylized Chibi Witch is a cute and game-ready stylized character created for Unreal Engine 5 projects. The character features custom animations, facial expression support, outfit color customization, and a workflow optimized for chibi-style proportions.

The character is rigged to the Unreal Engine 5 skeleton.
Due to the stylized chibi proportions, using retargeted animations is recommended for best visual results.

The package includes:

• Configured UE5 mannequin retargeter

• Retargeted demo animations ready to use

• Custom animations

The character supports simple stylized facial expressions:

• Eye shapes are controlled using morph targets

• Mouth expressions use a UV swap texture

This setup allows lightweight and flexible facial animation suitable for stylized games.

The package includes a Character Blueprint with a configured Construction Script that allows easy outfit color customization directly inside Unreal Engine.

The demo scene contains multiple characters with different outfit colors configured through the Construction Script.

Additionally, baked texture color variants are included in the package.
These textures are not connected to the material by default, but can be assigned using the material instance:
