First, you need to have a MIDI device (MIDI keyboard or MIDI drums, etc.) This product works with Midi Keyboard and represents the virtual piano, synth keyboard in UE4. This product visualizes real-time playing of the real MIDI Keyboard and does not generate sound. For Sound generation use DAW software.
