Medical injector that can be even animated since the casing and all moving parts are seprated objects as shown on some screens. All parts are separate objects that can be rearranged. The bottle fits the casing so it can be animated that bottle enders the clip ( casing ) and when button is pressed the piston ( visible in exploded view ) pushes bottle further down the tube.
