Description
A complete offshore platform, built to be fought over.
Built for first person combat
- Real verticality in a compact footprint: jacket at sea level, main deck, two module floors, switchback stair tower and helideck
- Multiple routes between every level, so fights move instead of stalling
- Cover and sightlines placed by hand rather than scattered
- 16 player starts across the deck, modules, stair tower and boat landing
- Navmesh built and ready, so AI can path the whole structure
Lighting
- Fully dynamic. Nothing to bake, nothing to rebuild on import
- 233 placed fixtures from 7 blueprints: deck edge floods, wall floods, stair tower lights, interior battens, helideck perimeter, touchdown circle and H marking
- Every fixture carries its own light, so moving the fixture moves the light with it
- Intensities are set in lumens, so they behave like real fittings. The deck edge floods reach the water 22.5 m below
- Ships lit and graded: sun, sky light, sky atmosphere, volumetric cloud, height fog and post process
- The showcase video runs a full dusk to night to day cycle. Nothing is baked, so you can drive the sun however you like
Everything in it is original
- No third party content, no marketplace assets, no scanned source
- No plugin dependency and no C++ module, so there is nothing to compile
- 3 master materials with 27 instances, driven by 17 textures. Recolour one instance and that whole class of object changes
- Surfaces authored to real dimensions, like 27x9mm deck chequer on 54mm centres and a genuine 32/1000 trapezoidal cladding profile
Structure
- 25 static meshes, 227,024 triangles
- Built as 11 separate pieces, so you can delete the crane or the flare boom without touching the deck
- LODs on every piece, lightmap UVs on channel 1, collision set per piece
