Step into the heart of Tokyo. Tokyo Back Alleys is a collection of 450+ hand-crafted assets built to capture the essence of Tokyo's urban alleyways. Characters, modular buildings, set dressing, bikes, taxis, and Unreal Engine blueprints, everything you need to build your scene.

What's Inside

  • Crowd Characters – 4 fully rigged characters with 70 preset poses and color variations

  • Hero Buildings – 7 highly detailed building assemblies with day and night setups

  • Background Buildings – 10 background buildings for depth and skyline scale

  • Set Dressings – 300+ elements including props, street signs, and city details

  • Bikes – 4 bike designs with 12 poses

  • Character Props – 15 props with different color schemes

  • Vehicles – iconic Tokyo taxi


Blueprint System

  • Day and Night setup with controls for light groups and window randomization

  • Rain Blueprint with controls for intensity, velocity, surface wetness, and puddle size

  • Color change controls per building and per light group

  • Modular building controls to adjust floor count and hide or reveal specific parts

  • Taxi with controls for driver, passengers, doors, lights, color, wet surface, exhaust smoke, and wheel rotation


Update (UE 5.5+ only)

  • 4 fully modular characters with interchangeable clothing, per-piece color controls, and outfit presets

  • Randomize Gear, Randomize Colors, and Randomize All options for quick character variation

  • Demo Scene now available on FAB

Note

  • Not optimised for games: Assets are designed for cinematic and high-quality visual projects. Game use may require adjustments.

  • No animations included: Characters are rigged and posed. Animation retargeting may be required.

  • Example scenes: Artistic interpretations, may include background elements not included in the pack.

This collection was designed with the help of super talented Michael Yoshimura, a 3D artist based in Toronto, known for his unique blend of architecture, cinematography, and CG design.
