Environment asset pack of structures, buildings, props, and effects of sci-fi arctic style, allows you to create an entire town in a arctic region. This pack includes 166 unique meshes, of which 25 them is completely modular and allow you to create a bunch of variable buildings/structures with unique designs. Plenty of props, such as spotlights, stairs, containers, and icicles, will help you to create small details for your environment. Each mesh has custom collision. Eight hero assets, each one in two variants, as a single mesh for far distance view or cinematic, and separated into parts (each one in its folder, just select all meshes, then drag and drop into the level) with adjusted lightmaps for backing light.

The majority of Textures are in 1024 resolution, and just a few Textures are in 2048. Decals for unique stickers, numbers, frost, and dirt leaks. Materials are customizable, which allows you to change the color, roughness, snow cover, leaks, and dirt.
