Build farms, countryside villages, cozy life-sim homesteads, harvest festivals and rural levels for adventure, puzzle and casual games, from one consistent stylized kit. Farmhouse foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, the roof and the porch are 2 m modules with door and window versions; the barn is built from 2 m bays with 4 m walls and 10 m gambrel gables, with stalls, loft decks and a climbable ladder inside. Fences, the coop run, garden beds, crop and flower patches follow the same grid, and 4 m ground tiles, dirt paths and pond tiles lay out the yard. Architecture and walkable ground have collision, every mesh has lightmap UVs, and the materials are tiling PBR sets with tweakable tint, wear, grime, dust and a close-up detail normal.

Sunny Hollow Farm on a summer morning before the harvest fair. The road comes in past the mailbox to the farm stand, stacked with pumpkins and the first apples under its striped awning. The farmhouse stands behind its picket fence with blue shutters and a porch swing; inside, bread and eggs wait on the kitchen table by the wood stove, the parlour has its rocking chair on the rag rug, and the sun falls across the quilt in the bedroom. Across the barnyard with its well, hay wagon and tractor the red barn stands open: stalls on both sides of the aisle, the pig and the cow, the hay loft and the tack room. Beyond lie the kitchen garden with its scarecrow, the hen house, the orchard, the windmill turning over the corn, the beehives and the pond with its dock and ducks.

Two maps

  • L_Farm_Demo: one connected farm on a summer morning, about 90 × 70 m to walk. From the road past the farm stand through the picket gate and the farmhouse (porch, kitchen, parlour, bedroom), across the barnyard into the barn (aisle, stalls, tack room, the loft up the ladder), out to the kitchen garden, the hen house, the orchard, the windmill and the water tower, the beehives and the pond. Real-time Lumen, a warm morning sun, volumetric haze in the house and the barn, the windmill wheel turning. Press Play to walk through.

  • L_Overview: every mesh laid out by category with name labels on a 1 m grid.

Materials you can tweak

5 master materials (one of them the overview grid) and 110 material instances. The surface instances expose tint, tiling, edge wear, height-based grime, dust, macro variation, a detail normal for close-ups and a roughness override; the lantern flames have a glow strength. Siding, boards, shingles, plaster and the ground take world-space tiling, so neighbouring modules continue each other.

Game-ready

  • Collision: per-poly (complex as simple) on 90 architecture and ground pieces (house and barn modules, the porch, ground and pond tiles, paths, fences and gates, the coop and run, the shed, the dock, the well, the farm stand, garden beds, the towers and the trees), so doors, stalls, the loft and the gates stay open; simple collision on 78 props (53 single hulls and 25 convex decompositions for furniture, carts, the tractor, the wagons and other concave pieces); none on 75 (grass, flowers and crops, the backdrop and clouds, lines, lanterns, hand tools, the birds and other small dressing).

  • LODs on 53 meshes (50 with LOD0–3; the tool board and the wheat patches stop at LOD1 where thin parts would break); architecture and small pieces have a single LOD.

  • Lightmap UVs on every mesh, in UV channel 1.

  • No Nanite needed. All lights are movable, so there is no light baking.

  • One download for Unreal Engine 5.1 to 5.8. It is content only: no code, no plugins.
