It includes 8 materials covering both building and nature surfaces, giving you everything you need to create warm and stylized environments. All materials are made in Material Maker, and the source files are included so you can edit, tweak, and customize them according to your project.

All the textures are seamless and you can use there whereever you like except for direct reditribution.
