Description

High-Poly 3D scan of a column at the Palais Royal, Paris. Originally named the Palais-Cardinal, it was built as the personal residence of Cardinal Richelieu. The construction of this impressive edifice, designed by architect Jacques Lemercier, began around 1633. Upon Richelieu’s death in 1642, the palace became the property of King Louis XIV.
