Frontier – Field Mining Drill is a deployable sci-fi mining drill for resource extraction, excavation sites, mining outposts, survival bases, and industrial sci-fi environments. It is designed to work as a hero prop, mission objective, environmental storytelling asset, or functional-looking gameplay object in real-time futuristic projects.
The design uses grounded industrial logic and restrained sci-fi aesthetics, making it easier to integrate into a wide range of sci-fi, survival, exploration, and industrial environments.

The Frontier System
The mining drill is part of the broader Frontier equipment system: a series of sci-fi field assets designed around deployable infrastructure, power generation, resource handling, repair, storage, and industrial operations.
Within the system, the drill serves as a resource extraction asset that works naturally alongside power generation, field distribution, storage, workstations, tools, and other deployable infrastructure.

Material Customization

AI usage
AI-assisted tools were used during development to support editor scripting and shader workflow implementation. All 3D assets, models, and materials were created manually.
