UV0 is packed independently per LOD. PBR PNG maps include BaseColor, Roughness, OpenGL normal, AO and ORM at 2048 / 1024 / 512px for LOD0/1/2. Normal detail is baked from the high-detail source; ORM stores AO, roughness and zero metallic.
