This is customizable glitch material pack. Our latest release includes 26+ Glitch Material Examples with 11+ Material Functions, 4+ Texture Samples, 63+ Glitch Materials and Material Instances and 4+ Sci-Fi Level Design Modules, 1+ Display Models and 1+ Space Skybox. All glitch materials can apply any static mesh and skeletal mesh and they are customizable ( Texture, Color, Emissive, Panner Speed, Scale, UV, etc.), so with this pack, you can easily create new glitch material.
Note: It use World Position Offset for glitch effects, so your models should have enough vertex count to get the right glitch effect.
