Modern house 2 is a residential building with tall hall as its main architecture feature and weathered cladding as its main theme. It comes with one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a closet. Outside there is a spacious porch. Note that this building is included in UNIBLOCKS PRO asset pack.

Features and nuances:

• Completely empty building, with high quality 4K textures

• Modular building (made with UNIBLOCKS), can be changed right in Unreal Editor!

• Doors will auto-open when player is close enough

• Only for Nanite + Lumen projects (lightmap UVs & mesh LODs are not included)

• Materials are using triplanar UVs to provide uniform look across stacked blocks with different scaling/orientation
