We are super excited to introduce you our first building volume.

Product Info

This product comes with a detailed modular building set-up in a nice presentation scene along with additional assets. The building itself is optimized and completely modular.

Intended Use

This building has been created primarily with games in mind. it features optimized modular nanite & LOD assets, 4K textures downscaled to a sensible resolution, and a clean project setup. However, due to the quality of the building/assets, this building can also be used for cinematic purposes. The environment is intended for higher-end systems & consoles.

Structure

The building comes with simple modular construction with snapping starting at 100 (1m) - the pieces have clear naming & ground floor pieces are set-up in blueprints to allow for doors to open.
The building has been set-up inside a Level Instance. Please right click on the building > Level > Edit - in order to edit the building.

Assets

Assets have also been made modular where needed. Next to this most of them feature unique textures. (optimized of course).

Textures

All textures come in PBR 4k resolution and are downscaled in UE to have logical texture resolution and performance. Some of the tillable materials even come in 8k if you so desire.

Lighting

We make full use of Lumen in the demo scene. All assets have been optimized to work with Lumen and follow the lumen technical validation documentation – our assets do not come with traditional lightmap UV’s but you can always auto-generate those if needed.

  • All images & videos have been rendered at an average of 60+fps on cinematic quality using an RTX 3090.
