LTween (Lex-Tween) is a easy & fast & efficient tween animation library for UnrealEngine.
LTween provide many easy functions & blueprint-nodes to help us easily setup tween animation.
All animations in LGUI is made of LTween.

NewFeatures in version 1.3:
- New function SetTickType- can set ticking group for every tweener

- New function GetProgress- return current progress of range 0 1
- New function SetAffectByGamePause- determin if the tween pause then SetGamePause
- New function SetAffectByTimeDilation- determin if the tween use dilated-time or real-time
