Step into a world of crooked cottages, bubbling cauldrons and glowing potions.

Fantasy Witch Village is a complete low poly kit for building mystical villages, alchemy markets, ritual sites and dark forests. Every model is coloured with vertex colours instead of textures, so the whole pack stays light on memory and keeps one consistent, cozy-spooky look from the largest treehouse to the smallest potion bottle.

Drop in a house, add a dressed market stall, light the campfire under the cauldron, and your level is alive.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• 186 low poly static meshes

• 9 unique houses: cottages, stilt houses, a stone house, an alchemist tower and two treehouses

• 7 trees: twisted dead trees, pines and a giant lantern tree

• 23 ready-made dressed sets as Blueprints: market stalls, ritual altar, cauldron with fire pit, benches, crates with crystals, scrolls and bones, potion groups, sacks

• 27 alchemy props: open and closed spell books, potions, jars, candles, crystal ball, dragon eggs, wands, mortar and pestle, scrolls

• 22 rocks and boulders, 11 stone path tiles, 7 glowing crystals and a geode

• 13 magical plants, 8 mushrooms, 8 herb bundles and hanging roots

• Market stalls, cauldrons, campfire, well, cart, rope bridges, fences, ladders, lanterns, torches, banners, brooms, ravens

• Bones, skulls, antlers, rune stones, pentagrams and a ritual stone circle

MAGIC THAT MOVES (NIAGARA)

• 10 Niagara systems: torch fire, two campfire sizes with sparks and embers, bubbling cauldrons (3 sizes), chimney smoke, fireflies (3 variants)

• 11 ready-to-place Blueprint actors with their effects and lights: torch, cauldrons with fire, houses with chimney smoke, fireflies

• Flickering fire lights (light function), glowing crystals, potions, windows and pentagram signs

READY TO USE

• Night demo map: the complete witch village with Lumen lighting, starry sky, moon, water, volumetric fog and a ground-following mist that lies on the terrain; 8 preset cameras

• Overview map: every asset and set in one level, in rows from large to small, with an overview camera and a close-up camera per group

• Pivots at the base, real-world scale (1 unit = 1 cm, built to metric sizes)

• Collision set up for gameplay

PERFORMANCE FRIENDLY

• 30 – 10,700 triangles per model, about 1,000 on average

• Vertex-coloured models: no texture maps needed for the props

• Shared master materials: change the glow of all windows or crystals in one material instance

Perfect for fantasy RPGs, cozy adventure games, Halloween levels, witch and alchemy games, village builders and stylized projects.

Note: the gallery images were rendered in Unity (URP). The Unreal Engine version contains the same models, sets and demo village, lit with Lumen and with Niagara effects, so lighting and fog look slightly different.

AI DISCLOSURE

The base meshes of the models were generated with AI (Tripo 3D) and then manually edited, cleaned up, vertex-coloured and optimized in Blender. The Unreal Engine setup (import, materials, Niagara systems, Blueprints and demo maps) was created with the help of an AI coding assistant. All content was reviewed and adjusted by hand.
