Connect your streets with editable cable networks. Drop a volume into your level, resize it around the area you want to dress, and build sagging cables between compatible attachment slots.
Place slots directly on surfaces, import Cable_ mesh sockets, or use automatic anchors from Ultimate Building Toolkit and Ultimate Utility Networks. Analyse the available connections, add cables one at a time, or generate the complete network.
Control the resultAdjust density, span lengths, cable thickness, sag, seed and colour variation.
Use your own material override, or the included vertex-colour cable material.
Lock connections you want to keep and exclude unwanted spans.
Check curved spans against scene collision and set ground clearance and cable separation.
Work with the full editor panel or compact viewport controls.
Save settings as reusable presets and save generated geometry with the level.
C++ runtime and editor modules; Cable Network Volume and manual slot actors/components; surface placement, analysis preview, incremental generation and connection editing; three settings presets; cable material; a simple street example with editable manual slots; and an offline user guide.
Optional companion integrationsUltimate Building Toolkit and Ultimate Utility Networks are separate products and are not included. The supplied example works without either companion.
Building imports derive anchors from authored building outlines and Building Layout nodes on PCG components. Arbitrary downstream PCG transforms, graph parameter overrides and nested subgraphs are not interpreted. Utility imports use generated support transforms and attachment offsets; existing utility-route cables remain in place.
Technical scopeTested on Unreal Engine 5.8.2 for Windows 64-bit. PCG and Procedural Mesh Component are required engine plugins. Saved cables are static visual geometry: there is no cable physics, wind simulation, electrical simulation or gameplay collision. Only loaded source actors participate during generation.
