This plugin allows you to use native offline Text-To-Speech (TTS) on Windows, Windows VR, mobile Android and iOS, it supports utf8 languages such as english, spanish, ... and utf16 languages such as chinese, japanese, russian, ...
You can set the voice speed, set the voice language and set the sentence to say.
It is very easy to use with Blueprint or C++.
