DESCRIPTION
Top-Down American Suburb is a realistic modular environment pack for creating modern American suburban locations. The asset is designed primarily for top-down, isometric, strategy, tactical, survival, simulation, and third-person games.

• Two demonstration scenes: a peaceful suburban town and a military emergency scenario with checkpoints, roadblocks, and military presence
• Residential and commercial buildings
• Terrain road textures, intersections, sidewalks, parking areas, and road markings
• Civilian, emergency, and military vehicles
• Street props, signs, vegetation, utility objects, and environmental details
• Military checkpoints, barriers, tents, sandbags, HESCO barriers, and support equipment
