Modular City Racing Pack is a toolkit for building dynamic urban racing environments.
This pack combines a fully modular city construction set with a spline-based racing track system, helping you create street race levels, urban circuits, and large city race maps with speed and flexibility.
Meshes:
• 200+ unique meshes
• Fully modular buildings (walls, floors, trims, windows, rooftops)
• City props (streetlights, signage, benches, cables, trash bins, traffic lights)
• Track-related props (barriers, guardrails, race signage, checkpoints, fence systems)

Splines & Blueprints:
Splines included for road and fence creation. Drag out the spline, set control points and shape corners.
Blueprints included: advertising panels and shop signs.
Example Level:
The example level includes a modular city integrated with a complete spline-built racing track.
It serves as a starting point for your custom layouts.
