Dubai Downtown City Environment is our latest large-scale urban project, faithfully recreating the modern skyline and vibrant streets of Dubai. This pack includes highly detailed modular buildings, iconic landmarks, road networks, and prop meshes — all procedurally generated, fully game-ready and optimized for real-time performance.

Everything is pre-configured so you can start building your own Dubai-inspired projects instantly. The pack is fully compatible with Quixel Megascans Materials for advanced customization — simply import your materials, apply them to any mesh, and you’re ready to go.

It is fully inspired from Epic's Matrix Demo for photorealism (includes some assets, textures and materials) and we’ve ensured full compatibility with Epic’s CitySample content, including textures, materials, Blueprints, and the crowd and traffic simulation systems (ZoneGraph) , so you can create your own zonegraph simulations and bring your city to life with believable activity.

For projects requiring real-world accuracy, the environment is Cesium-ready. A separate level with Cesium World Terrain and georeferencing is included, enabling you to place Dubai in its true geospatial location. Just enable the Cesium plugin and it's dependencies (Water, Sun Position), load the georeference level, and instantly align your city with real-world coordinates.

A massive demo city is included to showcase the possibilities, and as a bonus, all the modular prefabs used to construct it are provided, giving you the freedom to create your own Procedural City if needed.

Gameplay elements shown in the video are not included in the package. It is purely to show the use case of our 3D asset. Feel free to use citysample package to create similar gameplay mechanics as shown.
