Wooden house Montauk is based on one of many designs created by THE BARN YARD. This building fits well in rural scenes and can serve as a modern residential building, guest house or a cabin. The interior is ready to be filled with furniture - wooden planks cover the walls and massive wooden beams support the entire structure.

Three main wood shaders were created using optimized 6K textures that have been specially edited to produce a varied wood pattern.

2 variants are available:

• .blend file offers the best quailty with unapplied bevel modifiers and procedural shader for roof tiles with a small "fake" bevel which works only in Cycles. Also, all doors are locked on one rotational or positional axis for easy opening/closing.

• All other formats contain sets of 2K-8K JPEG textures. Wood roughness map should also be used as Bump for the wood shaders.

Blend file is saved in 5.0.1 version.
