This plugin allows for runtime deformation of static meshes!
How to use:
Just add a deformer, set its target, and any additional movement of the deformer will deform the mesh, keeping inner vertexes still relative to it. It doesn't require dynamic or skeletal meshes, so it is better for optimization, though it requires you to insert a special material function into its material. This is really useful for mesh plasticity, tree deformation, vehicle or landscape deformation.
NOTE:
in the latest version there is a editorUtility action that aollows you to make materials and meshes deformable with ONE CLICK!
