Stip Malls - Modular Pack includes a modular set to build your own American inspired modular Strip Mall environment with all of the assets, materials, plus an example map shown in the images. Create your own commerical stores and shape the buildings exactly how you'd like or use the 4 pre-built buildings out of the box. Includes both exterior and interior modular pieces to create shop buildings, strip malls and stores. Each asset was created to a high quality and standard suitable for AAA quality visuals. The pack utilizes Lumen and Nanite for the best quality real-time visuals.

• Level Instance versions of buildings for easy drag and drop placement of pre-built city buildings

• Example map showcasing variations of pre-built modular stores

• Utilizes UE5 Nanite and Lumen (Alternatively Nanite can be disabled to use autogenerated LOD Groups)
