Ninja GAS was designed to simplify setup and configuration of the Gameplay Ability System (GAS), exposing its most relevant functionality to Blueprints and introducing several quality-of-life features for both Blueprint and C++ developers.

It helps you get started quickly with GAS by using Data Assets to configure default Attribute Sets, Gameplay Effects, and Gameplay Abilities, alongside base classes that already provide the Ability System Component.

If you’re using other Ninja Bear Studio plugins such as Ninja Combat or Ninja Inventory, integration becomes even easier! They work seamlessly together out of the box.

Important Note

Ninja GAS was originally designed to help users of other Ninja Bear Studio plugins streamline their initial GAS setup, but it can be used as a standalone foundation for any project.

At this stage, you’ll still need to provide concrete Attribute Sets, either the ones included in our other plugins (Ninja Combat, Ninja Inventory, etc.) or your own custom sets implemented in C++.
