Textures are used from textures.com (no pbr or scanned textures are used from this site, this is suppose to be used with your own scanned or buyed textures from other sites once you buy the pack , depends on what you want to do) Pls see the explanation video to see what textures you can replace!

Remember to have Light propagation enables, mesh distance fields and AO.

I recommend for the cliffs go to collision and use complex collision as simple (first remove old collision)
