🏙️ Toskov Silent Zone: Post-Apocalyptic City Megapack
Create a massive abandoned city with ruined residential blocks, industrial structures, overgrown streets, damaged architecture, debris, mud, asphalt roads, cables, pipes, cranes, foliage, and a full atmospheric demo map.
Toskov: Silent Zone is a large-scale post-apocalyptic urban environment megapack built from selected Hivemind content and expanded with a huge amount of brand-new work created specifically for this release.
The pack includes hundreds of new assets, new foliage, new PCG workflows, updated materials, new technical tools, optimized Packed Level Actor setups, vertex painting improvements, and a fully assembled Silent Zone city map designed for real Unreal Engine productions.
🔥 Built From Our Best Work, Expanded With Hundreds Of Brand-New Assets into one cohesive megapack
Toskov: Silent Zone brings together selected content from some of our strongest post-apocalyptic environment packages and expands it with hundreds of brand-new assets, new foliage, new PCG workflows, new technical tools, optimization work, vertex painting improvements, material updates, and a fully assembled large-scale city environment.
This is not a simple bundle of existing products. To turn this into one cohesive production-ready package, we spent over a year expanding, reworking, optimizing, and assembling the content into a complete post-apocalyptic city toolkit for Unreal Engine.
Many assets and systems were heavily transformed for this release, including optimized Packed Level Actor setups, improved scene organization, new foliage workflows, new vertex painting support, updated materials, PCG-assisted ground dressing, and additional environment detail created specifically for Toskov: Silent Zone.
🎮 Built For Real Games And Actual Productions
From the start, Toskov: Silent Zone was built with practical game development in mind. The goal was not only to create a beautiful post-apocalyptic city, but to make a package that can be used in real commercial game environments.
The pack uses production-focused optimization techniques such as modular construction, hidden mirroring, tiling, instancing, Packed Level Actors, reusable building assemblies, optimized set dressing, PCG-assisted workflows, and carefully organized level sections to help large scenes remain easier to manage.
It also uses AAA-style material and optimization techniques such as world-space grunge blending, instancing, tiling, and hidden mirroring to maintain high visual fidelity while keeping textures at 2K where possible.
Instead of simply placing thousands of loose assets into a map, many large structures and city sections are prepared using optimized workflows designed to reduce overhead and make the environment more practical for real projects.
Whether you are developing a shooter, survival game, horror project, open-world experience, third-person game, or cinematic environment, Toskov: Silent Zone gives you a strong production-ready foundation for building dense ruined urban levels.
📦 Content Sources And New Additions
This megapack includes selected and reworked content from previous Hivemind post-apocalyptic packages, including:
Modular Sewers & Tunnels
Modular Industrial Factory
Modular Destroyed Buildings
Modular Horror Hospital
If you already own one or more of these packages, please note that Toskov: Silent Zone may include selected overlapping content. However, this megapack also includes extensive new work, including hundreds of brand-new assets, new foliage, new PCG setups, updated materials, optimized Packed Level Actor workflows, new technical tools, improved organization, vertex painting updates, and a complete Silent Zone demo map created specifically for this release.
🌆 Full Post-Apocalyptic City Environment
Explore and customize a complete abandoned city scene filled with damaged apartment buildings, broken walls, cracked roads, overgrown rooftops, industrial areas, construction cranes, utility poles, hanging cables, pipes, trash, debris, broken glass, and atmospheric details.
The included Silent Zone demo map gives you a strong starting point for cinematic scenes, survival games, horror projects, shooters, open-world levels, or any project that needs a grounded ruined urban setting.
🧱 Modular Damaged Building System
Build your own destroyed city blocks using modular building pieces, damaged walls, floors, ceilings, rooftops, windows, balconies, exterior details, interior set dressing, and prebuilt building assemblies.
The assets are designed to be modular from the ground up, giving you the flexibility to create buildings in different shapes, sizes, and layouts while keeping your workflow fast and reusable.
🏚️ Walkable Interiors For Gameplay
The pack includes damaged building setups and city structures designed with practical gameplay use in mind.
Many building pieces and prebuilt structures are suitable for FPS, third-person, survival, horror, and exploration-style projects, allowing you to create environments that are not only visually impressive, but also usable for real player navigation and level design.
⚙️ Optimized Packed Level Actor Workflow
Many large set pieces are organized as Packed Level Actors to improve performance and reduce CPU overhead in large scenes.
You can still edit the assets inside each Packed Level Actor directly in the viewport, making it easy to adjust individual meshes, move props, customize layouts, or adapt the environment to your own project.
This workflow helps give you the benefits of large-scale optimized city assembly while still keeping the environment editable and flexible.
🎨 Advanced Materials, Vertex Painting, And Surface Variation
The pack includes master materials for opaque assets, glass, and foliage.
The material system is designed to reduce repetition and give surfaces a more natural, production-ready look. Features include texture variation, world-space grunge blending, vertex painting support, customizable material controls, and surface wear options for damaged urban assets.
Where applicable, assets support color customization, wear-and-tear variation, grunge blending, and foliage or cable motion through wind-based World Position Offset.
