Shadow Combat Ultimate — 3D Fighting Game Framework for UE5

I spent a long time building this, and I want to be upfront about what it actually is.

This started as my own fighting game project. After months of iteration — scrapping systems, rebuilding AI, rewriting UI flows — I ended up with something solid enough to ship. So instead of letting it collect dust, I packaged it properly for other developers to use as a real starting point.

What you're actually getting:

Five handcrafted stages, each with its own feel — a foggy Viking battlefield hits completely differently than a sun-baked Greek arena. Every stage has a dedicated fighter built around it: a Samurai, a Boxer, an Assassin, a Viking Raider, and a Knight. These aren't placeholder meshes. They have custom animations I made specifically for this project.

The combat is grounded on purpose. No jump-spam, no dodge-rolling out of every situation. Light attacks, heavy attacks, specials, projectiles, combos — and a blocking system that actually matters. The enemy AI reads distance and counters. It won't just walk into your hits.

Everything runs on Blueprints, so you don't need C++ experience to dig in and modify things. The full menu flow is already there — main menu, stage select, settings, pause screen, game over. The progression system tracks wins and unlocks stages automatically.

You also get 11 royalty-free music tracks I commissioned for this specifically. Use them in your published game, no strings attached.

Tested on Windows, Android. Touch and keyboard input both handled.
