ImageToBase64Toolkit is a lightweight Unreal Engine 5.7 plugin that exposes Blueprint-callable functions to convert PNG/JPG files to plain Base64 and decode Base64 (with or without a data URI prefix) back to images, available in both synchronous and asynchronous modes for smooth serialization and web/API integration.
