Materials have Base Color with Alpha chanel (Height map), Normal, ARM (3 textures combined, Red=Ambient Occlusion, Green=Roughness, Blue=Metallic).

Adjustable parameters in each material such as Saturation, Tint, UV, Roughness intensity, Normal intensity, Occlusion intensity parameters.
