Feb-24 update: now supports directionality (optional) at a marginal shader cost.
- Efficient & cheap dynamic point lights at a very low frame cost, using modulated materials with less than 80 instructions.
- Glow & flickering can be added instantly at virtually no CPU cost.
- Blob Shadows can be added to your characters. They adapt to any floor surface, so there are no hard edges when intersecting with geometry (see screenshots). They can be of any color.
- Plug and play: Just add a BP_LightActor to your scene as with any other light
- Unlike default point lights, these can also be used on unlit materials!

Please note that these modulated lights are not capable of casting shadows.
