The Brick Master Material has tweakable brick visibility with unrepeating patterns
The Wood Master Material has an optional "paint" layer, which you can give any color you prefer. The paint layer also has adjustable wear, where you can control the wear and visibility of the layer.
The Wood Master Material has unrepeating color variation layers, which enhance the realistic look of your buildings while using just one material.
The Windows' glass material has an adjustable dirt layer around the edges.
The Unrepeating Texture feature on all materials can be easily turned off if needed.
All the buildings have interior spaces (not decorated).
The pre-made scene shown in the pictures above is available for use with the pack.
