AYON (formerly OpenPype) is an open source pipeline platform for vfx and animation. 

This plugin integrates Unreal Engine with AYON and allows studios to load data published from other DCCs into unreal, publish data from Unreal and automate workflows for linear content creation.

You need to have AYON/OpenPype deployed and configured to take advantage of all the features provided.
