The package is including modular factory architecture kit, high quality props, and a massive factory demo environment with 41 premade assembly factory buildings.

The landscape is 2x2 km square and the factory area has a 400m x 350m built environment.
All the props were baked from high poly sources to modular low poly meshes in order to achieve multiple possibilities, lightweight assets and make it easier to use.
All models are above 7.0 texel density. You can scale them up to 2 without losing detail or reduce texture sizes for better performance.
All models have LOD’s up to 5 and have nanite features from UE 5.1 and newer versions.
There are over 41 numbers of Pre-made assemblies in the pack made from modular assets.You can combine these assemblies to create larger structures or variations in your environments.
You can reach the Assemblies from Map_Prefab_Group_1 folder and add to your scene by clicking ctrl+c and ctrl+v
All models have both faces and it is possible to create interior spaces using this pack.
