Build blocks in first peson like "Minecraft". Set the size you want in the character blueprint. Change size to double/half from original size by the press of a button. Blocks will line upp in grid depending on it's size.
Pre-build in editor with 4 different spawn volumes.
Make prefab sets and build stairs, walls, trees or whatever you want.
