You can create your Stylized City using a variety of modular houses a variety of props and more.

City pictures have lumen enabled you need to Enable lumen in post-processing or in the Project Settings under Rendering > Dynamic Global Illumination to get the same graphics (see UE5.1 Lumen Documentation)
