Fab Technical Requirements

The purpose of Fab is to provide high-quality content to creators and developers for their commercial projects or educational purposes, and it is the aim of these requirements to make obtaining great content easy and beneficial for everyone. Although we’ll always do our best to work with publishers to resolve any issues, products may be declined at any time for failure to meet the criteria outlined in these requirements.

Violation of these requirements may result in actions against an account, including, but not limited to, removal of products, suspension, or termination of publisher accounts.

These requirements are subject to change. Please be sure to review them often.

Apart from following these requirements, please make sure you are familiar with and respect the rules set up in:

  • Epic Games Terms of Service - which regulate the use of our services in general,
  • Fab Terms of Service - which regulate the use of Fab marketplace in general,
  • Fab Distribution Agreement - which outlines legal rights and obligations related to distribution of content on Fab,
  • Fab End User License Agreement (i.e. Fab EULA) - which is a legal agreement between a Fab user and a Fab Content Licensor,
  • Epic Games Content Guidelines- which regulates what content is not allowed on Fab,
  • Our Rules where you can find a guide on how you should interact when inside the Epic ecosystem and what is not allowed here.
