These assets were originally created for use in one of the games from the Dark Pictures Anthology, A cinematic horror series developed by Supermassive Games. They have since been migrated into vanilla Unreal Engine 5. Given the realistic high quality of the assets their intended use is for higher-end systems.

Due to the method these assets have been created, it is important to note that the Environment assets in this pack are NOT modular.
