A high quality set of tarmac props that can be used to set dress a road area. Additionally contains other elements for general pedestrian surfaces like cracks, manholes and farm track surfaces.

Contains 2 unique versions, nanite and low poly. Both have been optimized within the quality of each surface type to conform correctly.

Additionally a set of POM decals have been provided as some assets have their individual textures, however other elements do not have POM setup due to some optimizations set in place to atlas various elements into a single texture.
