Notes: The scene include a rural small-town textured in UNREAL 5.2.1. 

It has been assembled with a suite of basic-component-houses (has sometimes been assembled into more complex components), that you can find in the packlist. 

The scene is populated with assets and (Foliage instances).

This product supports Lumen for Unreal Engine 5.0+
