PBR Workflow. UDIM (1-2 space) used for duplicates areas to enhance texel density. UVMapped with ZenUV & UVPackmaster Pro This created optimal texel density and precise spacing between UV Islands for generated LODs.

Substance Painter file contains an sample decal alpha. Just create an alpha and replace the Mask on the desired "Decal or Label" Label has a few different samples. A "Sticker" option can be placed behind the text if you wish to create different looks or switch colors separately on the label.
If you don't have substance painter, you may simple add the decal or text to the base color. Changes in the substance file will apply a slight lift to the decals.
